The smaller pieces &#8211; mostly moulded parts &#8211; fall between the individual rollers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separation gaps adjustable without tools in seconds<\/li>\n<li>Available in standard widths of 400, 600 and 800 mm<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the task, available with one, two, or three rollers with differing surfaces (smooth, studded, highly structured, spiked, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Speed adjustable in seven steps between 15 and 95 rpm<\/li>\n<li>Overload protection prevents piece jams and injuries to operating personnel<\/li>\n<li>Energy-saving drive with highly efficient planetary gear<\/li>\n<li>Can be mounted separately on existing conveyor belts (including belts from other manufacturers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With the incorporation of the separating roller separation attachment Type TA, pieces that are larger in surface area &#8211; mostly sprues &#8211; are carried further by the rollers to a run-off sheet. Meanwhile, smaller pieces &#8211; mostly injection-moulded parts &#8211; fall through between the separated rollers. The surface of the rollers can be smooth, studded or highly structured. It is also possible to furnish them with 20 or 40mm-high spikes.<\/p>\n<p>The drive is an integrated drum motor, independent from the conveyor. The parts can thus cool on the conveyor belt due to slow speed and still be separated with optimal speed.
