Separation Attachment Type TA 400-3

With the use of the separating roller separation attachment Type TA, pieces that are larger in surface area – mostly sprues – are carried to an output slide. The smaller pieces – mostly moulded parts – fall between the individual rollers.

With the incorporation of the separating roller separation attachment Type TA, pieces that are larger in surface area – mostly sprues – are carried further by the rollers to a run-off sheet. Meanwhile, smaller pieces – mostly injection-moulded parts – fall through between the separated rollers. The surface of the rollers can be smooth, studded or highly structured. It is also possible to furnish them with 20 or 40mm-high spikes.

The drive is an integrated drum motor, independent from the conveyor. The parts can thus cool on the conveyor belt due to slow speed and still be separated with optimal speed. Seven adjustable speeds are standard.

The separation attachment is subsequently attachable to MTF and non-MTF devices.
