Our optional ECO control system guarantees that hygroscopic materials such as PA, PC, LCP, POM etc. do not become overly dry in the storage containers.When little or no material is removed from a storage container, there is a risk of material damage occurring due to the constant flow of hot air. The ECO control system stops this happening. When a certain temperature is reached at the top of the storage container, the drying system automatically switches to idle. The machine only begins to operate again if material is removed or the holding time is too long.
The advantage is that you save up to 50% on energy and can access pre-dried material at any time. At the same time, you can be certain that no damage has been done to the material. The quality of the end product is thereby ensured.
