For the removal of parts or waste from machine shafts, there is often very limited space available. Depending on the task and machine bed geometry, it may therefore be necessary to dispense with an actual base and instead to attach slide rails underneath the belt body to be able to fit the belt into the machine.

Steel Hinged Plate Conveyors with negative angle
The angled conveyors with steel hinged plates are essential for transporting hot materials out of machine shafts, as this often happens, for example, in the die casting industry. Likewise they serve to transport strongly lubricant-containing pieces and chips that occur during machining. The entire configuration, from length and width to the surface of the plates, is laid out to order by MTF Technik. Fixed angles of 30°, 45°, 60° and 75° are offered as standard.
