Small conveyor belt type IL-HE 010

Small conveyors with a width of up to approx. 500mm and a belt length of up to approx. 2,000mm are equipped with a base frame of type HE 010, if e.g. extreme belt slopes of up to 90° are necessary or if the stands must not overlap the running deck level to the sides.

• Stable H-shaped base stand with screwed telescope aluminium supports
• No base frame parts protrude upwards over the running deck level
• Extreme angle adjustment range of +/- 90° is possible

Straight Belt Conveyors

The low construction height and the perfect proportions of outer width and effective width make these belt conveyors essential devices where only limited space is available. That is why the “l” in the type description stands for “Integration” in machine shafts, production processes, automation equipment etc.. The large choice of belt materials, drive units and base frames make them universally deployable. Their scope of application stretches from discharging transport belts from punching machines to transport belts in pharmacy automation facilities or dust-free rooms.
