Gravimetric dosing

In the GRAVIKO Professor Werner Koch has developed a system which allows users to weigh material doses very easily, at the same time monitoring, correcting and analysing the process.

Gravimetric dosing and weighing with the patented GRAVIKO mean:

• Dosing individual components into a container fitted with weighing scales.
• Registering the actual weight
• Comparison with the target weight in the KOCH controller
• Emptying into the mixer if there is no discrepancy

All the components can be put together in a modular structure and combined very easily.The result is dosing accuracy to ± 4 grains per 1,000 grains.
