In the manufacture of mass-produced parts, multi-track tools are often used that emit multiple pieces per stroke. To allow a “track-based” quality control to be undertaken, it is necessary also to transport and buffer the pieces separated accordingly. MTF offers cassette belts for this purpose, with which each tool cavity is assigned to a track with small compartments. At the belt outlet, if necessary, a QA control box can be attached to release batches of material for further processing.

Steel Hinged Plate Conveyors with negative angle

The angled conveyors with steel hinged plates are essential for transporting hot materials out of machine shafts, as this often happens, for example, in the die casting industry. Likewise they serve to transport strongly lubricant-containing pieces and chips that occur during machining. The entire configuration, from length and width to the surface of the plates, is laid out to order by MTF Technik. Fixed angles of 30°, 45°, 60° and 75° are offered as standard.
